I have translated most of the coding from ru to en.
Hope this helps and that you can add it to your progress.
Last i checked there was no errors in the folder and some trans was rough to do.
I used the ru language folder and translated it.

could you add a update read me file in the language folder if you added new stuff so i can find it easy and translate it...unless you will now add it already translated

I will think about it.

Currently there are some locales in Alliance managment should be re-translated.

IF you can - checkout most current build from GIT repository (master branch). I removed some unused files and some unused strings in used files. Also some of the string renamed to comply with internal variables naming. It would reduced amount of unneeded work.
